Extraordinary Synod of Bishops

October 5—19, Rome

The Holy Father has declared a Day of Prayer on Saturday/Sunday September 27/28 for this very important Synod.

Please keep it in your prayers.

Visit of Bishop Robson

The Bishop will say Mass for the children of the parish, their parents and the parish catechists as he would like to meet them.

Parents of pupils at St Modans and the High School wishing to attend this Mass should make the usual arrangements with the school authorities for a late start.  It is expected that High School pupils would be back in school by 10.30 a.m.

Separate arrangements have been made for the children at Dunblane and Newton Primaries.
